On May 10, 2016, training was given to the judges of the Federal Court of First Instance and High Court on the pre-trial hearing of civil disputes at the Capital Hotel.
The training was given by the Federal Supreme Court Judge Mr. Birhanu Mengstu and the Federal High Court Judge Mr. Muluswe Dires who gave a detailed explanation about pre-trial hearings in civil disputes. He emphasized that it should be conducted according to the prescribed system.
On the other hand, the Federal First Instance and Supreme Court judges who participated in the training stated that the facilitation of pre-trial hearings and similar trainings will contribute positively to the capacity of civil trial judges.
