About Us
During the emperor there was a JAC established by proclamation no .323/1965. It is stated that the secretary will be one of officials of the ministry of justice. According to this proclamation the council has the power to select promising judges, transfer judges annual leave and rank judges determine disciplinary and performance deficiencies and recruit candidates from outside the Supreme Court.
