In its regular meeting held on March 25, 2016, the Federal Judicial Council discussed the recommendations made by the Ethics Committee of the Federal Judges and passed a decision for 10 judges to defend themselves from complaints of violation of the code of conduct.

In connection with this, the judges of two other federal courts, where the case was filed, decided that the petition was not impeachable.

On the other hand, the council is working hard to decide the disciplinary cases accumulated in the previous years, and it has set the direction that the pending case files should be settled in an accelerated manner.
