Directing, supervising and monitoring and supporting the institution’s procurement finance and asset management;

• Prepare the long-term, mid-term, and short-term financial plans, and monitor their implementation when permitted by the relevant authority.
• Coordinate with other directorates to prepare the budget plan.
• Monitor the progress of the budget plan when permitted by the relevant authority.
• Perform different payments in accordance with the relevant laws.
• Prepare the purchasing plan based on collected purchasing demands and implement the plan if endorsed by the relevant party.
• Properly register the institution’s resources and property, and follow up on their proper administration and use.
