The Federal Judicial administration Council issued a disciplinary decision against the judges of the Federal Courts and the Registrar of the Federal Courts who committed misconduct.

In its regular meeting held on April 04, 2024 the Federal Judicial Administration Council passed a disciplinary decision on twelve federal court judges and one registrar who were subject to disciplinary charges.
• One federal first instance court registrar has been dismissed from its position due to a serious disciplinary offense.
•Two federal first instance court judges and three federal high court judges been requested to respond in written form on the disciplinary charge;
• One federal first instance court and one Supreme Court judge have been penalised respectively in written and verbal warning;
•One federal first instance court judge and one federal high court registrar have been given an offer to bring mitigation.
•One federal high court judge has been acquitted from the disciplinary charge, the charge of one federal first instance court judge and two federal high court judges have been dropped.
• On the other hand, the council decide to reinstatement one federal high court judge by examining his ethics and performance since he was convicted.
